Thank you so much for the suggestion, I'll look into that. I just get tired of the whole you were there anyway mentality in this business, as I've had more than one client on more than one occasion say that to me. Oh, and I forgot to mention on my first post, it was slow yesterday, day after a holiday I quess and that was the only order we had for that county so we were not there anyway!
On a lighter note I thought of another good analogy: Our mailbox is the kind that has 3 others attached to it for 3 other addresses, so our mail carrier literally makes one stop to pick up & deliver mail for 4 different addresses. I wonder what the post office would say if I called them & very rudely & indignantly told them I shouldn't have to pay any postage, nor should anyone sending mail to me as the mail carrier stops there anyway?
It wouldn't even occur to any of these clients to do something like that to any other business so why do they think they can do it to us? I quess I'll never understand it so I'll get off it now!
