Interesting replies here....I just didn't see it as feasible. Factoring in time, dealing with traffic and high gas prices, I couldn't think of a price that would make it worth it to me that they would be willing to pay. For all I know the lender's branch is on the opposite side of town as the courthouse. When you cover multiple counties that extra trip can be a lot of trouble.
