My name is Christopher J. McLucas.  I am the COO/Sr. Vice President/Co-Owner of TS Connections, LLC d/b/a <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />Title Stream.  The post by Tempie Elder was a complete surprise to me whereas she nor any representative of her company attempted to contact me or any Executive Management staff here at our office.  My contact information is readily available via our website www.titlestream.com and via documentation filed with the Departments of Insurance as well as the Secretary of State.

We have grown our business at such a rapid pace over the last 12-18 months that the AR and AP systems became overloaded and caused many issues and conflicts.  It is neither the intent nor desire of TS Connections, LLC d/b/a Title Stream nor its staff to delay payments to our vendors.  The information provided by Ms. Edler in her blog was actually false and incorrect and potentially constituted Disparagement of Trade.  Use of these tactics only serves to exacerbate a situation and create additional conflict.
