What you need to do is tell them that you will call the IRS and see if they have reported income to your EIN or SSN. Call the BBB and file a complaint againist them, call the Dunn & Bradstreet the business credit agency and file your complaint with them. remember nobody like to here that you will call the IRS on them, and just think if they did report income under your ssn or ein you will be in trouble not them for not reporting.
