Michael, there was a rep from this company at Title Camp last year. If my memory serves correctly, they were asked if it's true they only pay after receving pay for work and whether it's true they don't pay for work that doesn't close, the answer to both questions was 'yes'. Maybe other attendees will remember that conversation and verify or straighten me out. Were you aware of this policy when you began working for them?
