As a Title Agent in NY (not an abstractor), I would certainly not attempt to undercut your business.  In fact, I would look to utilize your services.  My point to you is this: for months you have spoken harshly about Arlene Neslon (of whom I do not know nor ever have nor hope to do business with based upon your testimony).  That said, your warnings have been received.  I think it is time to fact find, contact an attorney and move away from your vendetta.  Sooner or later it will consume you, cause undue doubt and fear and thus, stifle your business growth.  Just some advice.
