First, to answer your question, all of us at some point have had a client that continues to remain in business, yet fails to pay for services rendered.
Normally, however, when said organization does not pay after 30 days, we contact our attorney and he proceeds to utilize the law to its fullest potential to advocate on our behalf. Sometimes successfully, sometimes prompting other forms of collections. All in all, however, the system is there to use.
Many of us become afraid to sick the collection hounds on a "client". I ask again, when does a "client" become a "debtor". No client should cost you, the service provider money.
After reading about Ms. Nelson for months, please take a moment to contact first your attorney, then possibly the police. SOT is not going to assist you in getting your money, property or accounts receivable rectified. Stop wasting YOUR time with Ms. Nelson and utilize the justice system.
