George - Have you never had problems in your office with staff??  If not, you are very lucky or not in the business that long.  On top of that, we all know how hectic end of month is.  I am insulted that you are putting me, a small shop, in the same catergory as some of the "big guys" who never pay.  As Susan herself said, this was the first time there had been a problem.   It was a mistake and has been rectified. 

I have read some of your comments in other places George, and none of them are pleasant, so I shouldn't be surprised at this one.
