Thanks for your posting.  Wexford & James contacted me & I have hired them to collect from All American Escrow & Title.  I'm so done messing around with them and all their lying.  I would have pursued them myself but them being in Illinois... too big a hassle, so I'll let Wexford handle it.  Joshua is getting to know the abstract business considering all the non payments from title companies.

Yes, you are correct, Marcie said Security First is the title company that they will merge with & they are sending all their searches to Security First since middle of June or they try to search Iowa online land records themselves.   Online land records has really cut into my business, except for the title companies that still want me to carry the liability for the search and actually go to the courthouse. 

I know it is better to lose a non paying customer... but I was hoping they would go belly up & all their work would go to several of my excellent paying & fast paying title companies.  Instead they will stay alive in another low baller/do their own work title company.  I have done witness closings for Security First in the past, never title searches.

Let the other Iowa Abstractor know she better run, not walk to the collection agency.... cause we are only 2 of the many they have stiffed.  Sounds like another Lenders Management all over again.  I sued them in small claims court & I believe I was the only one that got any money before they froze their accounts & filed bankruptcy.
