Been working for American Title for some time throughout Michigan.  Wonderful vendor relations and delightful to work with. Because we do so much work, there have been snafu's in billing.  BUT (and this is important) they are very open to working with you and getting them sorted out.  Even nice folks in the accounting department! -- Alix
