On 6/6 I did the search and got the certified copy, on 6/8 I recorded the foreclosure and on 6/19 they asked me to update the title. I feel like they got a bargain.

I just called them and asked them to reassign another search of the same type, saying that if they are going to nickel and dime me, find someone else to do the foreclosure searches. The rep told me to wait and he would call me right back because they did not want to reassign it if I were doing the search and have it back in to them today.
