Just so you understand better I am not working for title companies that do not pay & accepting work for months hoping to get paid.  All American Escrow & Title paid me diligently for several years.  The May check for my April searches bounced.... & by that time I had done several searches in May.   I told them to get me a new check & then I would no longer do anymore work until they caught me up with every cent they owed me.  Then all of a sudden they sent me 3 orders this week, I called them to see where my money was before I do the orders.  That's when they told me they aren't going belly up they are going to merge with another company (that does all online searches)  So pretty much they accidently sent me the searches & I believe they probably won't pay me cause they don't need me. 

After 9 years, I have only been stiffed by this company & another in 2004 from Iowa, because they went belly up very quickly.

I believe what you say is true, but it does not fit me & how I conduct  my business.
