The reason they are still in business is because there are abstractors still accepting work and assuming the trouble of getting paid is part of doing business.  The following words were posted in another post about a different company, but the sentiment is the same:

....They wrote me a bad check in April & just made that one good last week.  But I am alittle nervous, cause they are not ordering from me anymore.... doing searches online records & I was told today, that they are going to merge with Security Title so they are sending all their searches to them for now.....

They wrote her a bad check and she is still accepting orders???? and getting nervous because she isn't getting anymore work ?????

This is why companies like TitlesearchUSA and CRS are still in business.
