Yes, we too have had an order with this company and spoke with the vendor management.  I don't mind  their ancent  because I've also worked with doctors with similar ways.  That's their culture and we must accept that part of them.  Getting back to Infinity -- a recent order we received was a TEST ORDER PROJECT.  However, does that mean "this is a test and we don't get paid."  Has any other abstractor received this TEST from Infinity and do they pay on time?
