Scott,   Whenever I see one of these "_hitty legals" in a search I'm
working I call the client to ask if they wish to "add" the extra
copy to the order for the usual $ 1 it cost.  If not, I don't pull
it (thus not cutting into already slim profit), then if they come
back the next day with a rejection or want to order a copy of
the deed in ?????, I then have no qualms about a trip fee to
pull it for them, at the same rate as a normal deed copy
order.   Any crap from them at that point and they can
have someone else complete their work.
