I think they were the largest doc retrieval company in the US. Most of their work came from Washington Mutual. Then they lost their account with Wamu and changed managment and downsized by a huge amount. In similar fashion, they used to be our biggest and best client; now we rarely hear from them. But they do eventually pay.
