Wendi - I usually am very prompt in paying my outside abstractors in counties where I cannot always physically get to.  Repeating my comment to George, Susan herself admits that this was the first time there had been a problem.  It was a staff problem, not growing too big too fast.  In fact, the fee paid to Susan was paid to her BEFORE I have received the payment from my client.
