Copies and trip fees.  Trip fees are a sore subject for most title companies but in today's market, with rising gas prices, it needs to be addressed.  Add these companies to your list of "will not pay".
Titlesearch USA, Inc., Hauppauge, NY, Real Estate One, Pittsburgh, Pa., US Settlement Corp., Cary, NC.  Most of these are for searches and one is for a Certified Copy I paid $45.00 out of pocket for.  I'm to the point of requiring paynent in advance for copies from people I don't have a prior relationship with and even that is no guarantee. God, I wish I could spell and type at the same time!!
