Pray tell how you can expect anyone to rely upon a document you
secure from a "defunct company" or their officer or former officer
to release a document that was pledged to the "defunct company".
Seems there has to be some "chain" from the defunct company
to cause the release to be valid. I agree this problem is a real
bitch for someone whom dealt with one of these "dead
companys".
