If i may ask and be blunt how can you state that eRecord Data is the same company as Resource Confidential: on the sole basis that a couple of the X_Resource employees are now working for eRecord data, i am a little perplexed by these statements, Resource owes me a bit of money as well yet i cannot myself hold another company liable for those bills....

the only connection i see people making between these 2 companies is the employees, when a company closes the employees get stiffed as well if i was in that possition and a company was looking to hire i would take the job.  I also dont see how you can connect a specific companies clients, or computer programs, anyone can purchase computer programs and clients choose whom to place there orders with... im not trying to create a larger headache im just trying to understand how all of you view these 2 different companies

on a side note eRecord data has paid me, i would recomend the benefit of the doubt first
