You are right.  State Farm is no longer an option.  They doubled their rates and increased there deductible and can't even compete in the E&O market this year.  I switched to them last year but went back to TIAC this year. TIAC and TPAC (Titlepac),  are a couple that have competitive rates but you also have to join their organizations in order to obtain their E&O.
