And now that the market has slowed, I am unsure, even after 11 years in this business, what our future will hold. I have had a few conversations with my husband in the last couple of weeks about him finding a full time job with benefits so we will be able to survive. It is a big waiting game, just hoping this slump will be over soon. I have picked up one VA county to do closings in but I only picked up 2 last month for that area. Got a bunch of inexperienced newbie notaries that are doing closings here for $75 (including email docs), so my 2-3 per day have gone to 3-5 a week right now. This is getting scary.

As far as LSI is concerned, I deleted the email. I'm not interested in lowering my fees. I have spent the last 2 days tracking down money that title companies have owed me (some for 6 months now).
