Hi Gwen... We are one of the "little guys" too.  We would not fall under the label "newbie" any longer but our company is not as old as many who post on this site. Are you naive and do you expect too much of this forum? Yes, I think you are and yes you are expecting to much. You say you "expect" candid information about companies. Well, sorry but the only person responsible for protecting you is you... You need to find that information. If you went through every thread on SOT you would probably find the answer to about anything you need to know about running your business. Aside from  Roberts"etiquette" requirements there are no particular guidelines for this forum. Vivian has no where else to vent, and it would not be smart on her part to name names here.

Gwen I understand that you are scared we all are. Read Scott's "Time to Grow Up" post. It is a bit gruff but his "philosophy" is on the mark. Dave and I follow a similar one and it has served us well.

If you have questions do a search on SOT. If you can't find your answer email me... if I can't answer I will find someone who can.
