I have worked for Rels for several years and have never had a problem getting paid.  They have always paid timely and in full.  Are you sending them individual invoices with your searches, as well as billing them once a month?  My bookkeeper sends out a bill for all of the prior month's work during the first week of each month, and within two weeks or so we have a check in full.  I believe Rels has a specific time frame each month that they write checks, and I believe your bill for the prior month has to be to them by a certain time, like the first week of the month.  You might want to talk to your coordinator at Rels if you have not done so already.
