I sent them to the collection agency for $1600 and received $800, never heard from Ricter again.  Ric (for Rick) and ter (for Terri) are a couple from Hunnington Beach, California.   Rick had a massive heart attack about a year or so and we kep in contact regarding our billing, he conveyed that they lost quite a few accounts due to the illness and had to spend alot of his $$$ on medical bills, which I understood having undergone a liver transplant!  I let him sldie for about a month or so and then NO response by phone or e-mail so I finally sent the invoice for collection.  It was quite unfortunate but I owed alot of people money and they jeopardized my position, if they start paying I will be first in line!
