I haven't been on here in a while to say anything.  However today I called Select Business Services today and gave them quite an earful.  I have done work for them for years and now I'm basically going to lose their business over this ValuAmerica crap.  I am pretty steamed.  The person I talked to actually tried to assure me that if I signed up with ValuAmerica that I would still be guaranteed to get their work.  Yeah right!!!  I told him ValuAmerica doesn't care who did what for who and I was very sad they would go this route.  He also tried to assure me that they were taking any and all comments seriously by management and would look into what I had to say.  Once I explained to him how ValuAmerica charges you to do their work, he was even like "that is not good business."  Trust me, if you have something to say about this call them and say it.  He already said they had people left and right (abstractors/appraisers) who had done work for them for years refusing to sign up with ValuAmerica.  Perhaps if they get enough feedback like that, they will not go this route.
