We have reviewed our records and cannot find one unpaid invoice from Joe Killian.  We also have no record of him contacting us regarding unpaid invoices.  His communication is very misleading in that it is not factual at all.  He did quit doing our work over an upset with us reassigning to another abstractor a current owner search that our client needed back in 24 hours, which Joe could not do.  We made several attempts to contact him to handle this upset, as he had done work for us for years, but he refused to take any calls or respond to our faxes.  However, and I reiterate, we have NO unpaid invoices to him (and I have his accounts folder to prove this) and can only wonder at his intention in communicating this untruth.
