The main office is in Kansas. Like you said other offices were opened in different states (branch offices), I know the one in NJ closed because the gal I worked with in the NJ office told me to send her a bill so she could get it to their main office, and she did and it was paid.
No one should have any problem getting paid by the main office. I already gave out their phone # in my previous email.
