Mr. McLucas, I will be emailing you later today with our own SERIOUSLY past due invoices, over which we have contacted your office COUNTLESS times.  Due to your post here, I expect not only an immediate response but prompt payment as well.

BTW, Mr. McLucas, if you doubt my tenacity in collecting monies due me over your company's repeated excuses, you might want to contact Jim with Contemporary Realty in NY.  If you wish to cite "libel" as an arguement, I'd strongly suggest you use the monies you will be paying to your attorney to prosecute the claim and pay the abstractors who have worked so diligently to grow YOUR business so rapidly.

I will keep my fellow abstractors appraised of my progress in collecting from you.
