Is it true that if a witness in a murder trial is given, we'll say for the sake of argument, an "opinion" or "assistance" by a family member or friend of the accused, can they not get accused of, what do they call it, "intimidation"? Not sure if that is the word I am looking for but I'll use it for this thought.
JMHO (not pointed directly at anyone, take it or leave it, my two cents, don't like it?- don't worry about it) But aren't all opinions like rear-ends, everyone has one (unfortunately)
