I agree totally, quit sending the young buck to the Phillipines and have him sell his $70,000 dollar Range Rover to pay us abstractors that put out their capital to pay for his searches!   The Oklahoma office where the so called Executive Vice Pres/Mitch is will not answer a phone call and will not answer an e-mail unless you threaten him.  All billing is done through the California office which just moved last week and there is NO forwarding number, how convenient isn't it?
