Trying to get money out of these folks is extremely trying. We've always managed to resolve things, but it takes multiple phone calls (and effort) on our part. Also, they'll jump all over you HOURS after you receive an order...they don't seem to like it when I mention it would be nice if they paid as quickly as we work to get their orders back to them. (They don't seem to like that....can't imagine why....) Bottom line: Not enough volume to make it worth the effort. We're still accepting orders from them, but I no longer jump through hoops.
