I stopped doing closings for them over a year ago.  When I first started doing business with them (over 2 years ago) I got paid within a reasonable time ,then all of a sudden they owed me for several closings.  It took me months to get paid but at least I got paid.  I decided not to do any more business with them and declined all work and then , probably 9 months after, they called me and I expressed why I was reluctant to take any jobs from them.  I was told they had a new accounting person who had straightened out their problems so I decided to give them 1 more chance.  Bad idea.  I had to hound them to get paid.  Never again.  They paid well but what good is that if you don't get paid!!
