Thanks for your input.  Yeah, it's hard to sort thru the Gramm-Leach Act...  it is all so generalized.  I got ANOTHER such order from them today and I wrote back and said that it is in violation of the Act and that you cannot distribute personal information without the direct consent of the party involved.  Since I'm not even an employee of the title company, there's just no way they should be sending me check copies.  I ended with "*I* wouldn't like it if a check was sent to a perfect stranger, complete with my bank routing information AND my signature." 

I don't know if it'll do any good.  She's just plain lazy.  I've pushed so hard I may lose the account.  If she is in charge of who the orders go to, I'm sure she's sick of me and will send it to someone who will "just do it."
