Yes!

They are sort of..famous actually.

David Pelligrinelli runs it I believe, and he had for a while on youtube Title Search Instructional videos and some other cool videos related to title search. When I was a rookie Intern about 6 or 7 years ago, the attorney I worked for had me watch them.

They do not nessecarily do not know me but if you speak to them tell them I am a fan!
