That is a great idea. We have discussed payment in advance on this board on numerous occasions. Unfortunately most clients will not aggree to it. Appraisers are in a fortunate situation by way of comparision. They get paid upon completion of the work and sometimes in advance at an early stage of the closing process. They are most often are listed as a POC on the HUD 1 form.
