I think that I agree with George on this one. The adjustables are coming into play now and so are the foreclosures. With homeowners crying the blues, where is the responsibility? Sure the lenders thought of all kinds of financing, 100%, interest only and adjustable to name a few. These people should have done their homework or at least had common sense, rare these days, about what was coming. There was greed on both sides of the fence on this one. Homeowners and lenders. Now they're both paying!

Why should the government have to step in and save them? It may be for the good of the economy, but it just gives everyone a safety net again. The I can do whatever I want because someone will help me or bail me out mentality has to stop in this country!!!! Ok, now bring on the debate!!! LOL
