Hmmm... we have had fantastic experiences with Office Depot. We had some Office Depot "refilled" laserjet cartridges that sat in our supply closet for about a year.  When we used one, it made an awful mess in our printer.  Office Depot took them all back and gave us credit for the full purchase price towards HP brand cartridges.  We order from them all the time, have been using them for years, and I don't recall a single problem.

I guess you can run into problems no matter where you go.  It all depends on what you order, who you talk to, and the amount of karma you have built up at the time.
