Hey guys.  Thanks for all the input.  Robert, I too want you to know that I appreciate the forum Source of Title provides.  Before this website came along I had no such tool for networking and obtaining vital information about the clients who are seeking our services.

I wasn't looking for any help from the website.  I was only trying to gather enough information to help me make an informed decision as to where I wanted to go with collecting accounts from Paul Maisano, and I view this website as a resource for doing exactly that - networking and gathering info. 

You're right, Robert, the people at Paul Maisano have been very nice to work with.  That is why I tried to phrase my payment questions delicately - it may simply be a lack of communication, and I was hoping maybe I would hear something directly from them after posting this message, but unfortunately I have yet to have any of my phone calls returned.  

So, thanks again to all of you for the input.  It has helped me decide what to do.
