TransUnion is TERRIBLE to do work for. We did a lot of work for them at my former employer. I never heard about any problems with slow or no pay, but they will nit-pick your searches to death and will dock you for small stuff as stated previously. The online software they make you use is difficult to use and was probably developed by a programer with absolutely no understanding of what a title search entails. If your search has anything out of the ordinary, you will be in communication forever trying to explain it to them. In short, they  want you to jump through many hoops for them, but do not want to pay for it and will try to nickel and dime you even more after that. I try hard to limit negative statements about companies but cannot stay quiet in this case.
