It is wonderful that you have attorney clients....however, in our area, 90% of the lawyers are doing their own searches online  from the comfort of their offices or homes.  For those abstractors who don't have an attorney base, I suggest looking for another line of work.  Abstracting is now my secondary job, I keep it because it's what I love to do, but it sure won't pay the mortgage anymore.  Good luck everyone.  LB
