Lender Services is basically a lost cause, they do not care about abstractors they only want to use them and not pay for the services. They have no respect for others, they either wont pay at all or pay very little and once they rack up a large bill with you and you start asking for your payment they will just cut you off and forget you existed, threatening to send them to collections just doesn't even faze them anymore, no one seems to learn their lesson with this company....why is that?? Honestly they do not care about you!!! Good people work there, but evil people manage it and dont think the good people who work there get any more respect than you do, the employees get sucked in and then shit on, for the lack of better words. Turning them into collections might get you part of what they owe you, but the only thing that will really hurt them is to cut them off and tell of your friends to do so as well.....
