Sorry to say that title comapanies are as bad as subcontractors now. I have 2 title companies that owe me. One since May for $525 and another one for about $300. It's time that they are held accountable for their actions. I did work for someone that subcontracted through Express Financial and now they say that they can't pay me because they didn't get paid. My attorney has a different opinion and told me to enter a judgment against them now. 

There are a few companies that have gone out of business with a balance due to me. I am so sick of it. The only companies that pay on time are the low ball companies such as Service Link and GAC and I refuse their work.
