Hi Mason!  If you are referring to Equity Settlement Services in Smithtown, NY, I have been doing searches for them for nearly a year now and have never had any problems with them (either with payment or obtaining additional information as to what they are looking for - sometimes orders can be cryptic).  Toni Salri is great - she's young (compared to me). but she is SHARP!  I would recommend them as a client.
