Update,

It hit the fan. I appearedthis morning posted a $1,000.00 cash bond and then filed attempted Vehicular Homicide or in the lesser Attempted Vehicular Aggravated assault. and willfull and malicious destruction of private property. I contacted a friend with the DEA who promptly put me in contact with the INS in Jackson. They are now in custody. I also lodged a complaint witht eh City Board of Mayor and alderman. I then took the cop at Hand, as a Marine, MOS 0338 attached to Omega 1, I wanted his life story, which I obtained before 9:00 a.m. This fine gentleman was a former deputy sheriff in Dekalb Ga. He was relieved of duty after he assaulted his wife by beating her with his issue revolver and spraying her with mace. He pled guilty and was given a one year non adjudicated sentence and ordered to undergo counseling and anger managment, He also agreed in his plea to NEVER APPLY FOR OR HOLD THE POSITION OF A SWORN OFFICER OR SECURITY GAURD IN AS WERE HE WOULD BE EXPOSED TO OR IN THE POSSESSION OR ISSUE OF ANY WEAPON CONSIDERED TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO CAUSE BODILY HARM. Bottom lINE, HE LIED ON HIS APPLICATION TO THE DEPT HERE, AND THE EGGHEADS DIDN'T CHECK HIM OUT. All because he was a friend of a friend. I put some egg on his face as well as the mayor, chief and alderman. I also charged him with malfeseance and dereliction of duty, along with conspirasy to conceal or cover up a crime. Oh they Got the right one this time Baby, as Ray Charles would say. By the time I am finished with them and the Television and newspaper exposure that swooped intoday, they are gonna wish they had made a batch of Taco's and drove south of the border. I also learned the Bossman that owned the truck took Pedro down to make his complaint. He, I learned owns a rather large construction company with a very good policy with Travellers. Got to go go now, My Neck, Back, Legs, Feet and head are killing me. Stay tuned. This is one Gunny that ain't backing down.
