Source of Title Forums: You won't believe this...

After hearing the advice given I advised my friend about completing a revised search seeing how the foreclosure sale has not taken place yet........so we both thought...

the vendor he got the order from notified him just yesterday of the missed certificate on the search....it turns out that the foreclosure sale took place yesterday & the property went back to the Lender & the Certificate of Title was recorded a little earlier today!
Sounds a bit fishy if you ask me!
