ACKKKK!!!  ACKKKK!!!!  RUN!!!  RUN!!!!

We did hundreds of cell tower searches two years ago, and every single abstractor in my network (all of Michigan) now refuses to do them EVER again.  They're just awful.  (And here in MIchigan, the cell tower isn't even mentioned anywhere....it's done with UNRECORDED leases.)

The "run" part is just my opinion....  :-)
