I have done some work for Home Connects, including title searches & doc retreival.  That is true, they use the same vendors as ATM.  I received a fax some years ago about ATM setting up Home Connects & that ATM would be sharing their data base with Home Connects.  I had an option at that point to say no I don't want to be in their database.  The fee they offer is the same as what ATM offers, not really great IMHO.
They require the same thing that ATM does.  Home Connects has a website to imput title searches, to bill your invoicie at the end of the month & you will get paid the end of the following month.  You will need to be assigned a user name & password.  It could be the same as you have in ATM's website.   I have always been paid.  I have not received very many orders from them over the last several years though.  Hope this helps you decide.
BTW, anything new with All American?  Their phone goes to voice mail & their fax machine still works.
