Express Financial Services of Pittsburgh did alot of work for several lenders. I have gone directly to a lender before when a title company refused to pay me. They (lender) usually calls the title company and tears them a new rear for not paying their abstractors/closers and then the title company will get the check cut. Sometimes, the lender will cut the check so that you won't trash their name for using that title company that refuses to pay.

They were a title company that Wilmington Finance used. They did not own any part of Express.
