A couple of years ago I was doing quite a bit with Homeconnects... they were my biggest client. (they are primarily the title company for GMAC Mortgage) They paid well and automatically (no billing)  Then the VM changed and they stopped using me! UGH! Other than that they were great...don't know about now though..
